Extraction and quantification of pesticide residue from the okra matrix at or below established maximum limit (MRL) is a challenging task for both analytical chemists regulatory institutions to take corrective actions human health safety. develop simple rapid less expensive extraction cleanup method simultaneous analysis pyriproxyfen fenpropathrin in two methods: QuEChERS Liquid-Liquid (LLE) were tested. Both methods produce reliable results, was chosen present research due its superior efficiency, low cost as well reduced risk exposure solvents comparison Partitioning. The residues pesticides confirmed quantified by hyphenated gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer (GC-MS/MS). effect spiking concentration, (ME), measurement inter- intra-assay repeatability, reproducibility recovery, trueness results investigated validate effectiveness method. Limit determination (LOD) quantitation (LOQ) analytes 0.005 0.01 mg/kg. % recovery ranged between 85.9 97.9 with RSD ≤ 7.19 %. fulfilled all SANTE guidelines (SANTE, 2021) thus can be extended routine multiclass matrix.
